BEACH: Please note that while our beachfront location is a picturesque and tranquil spot for relaxation, swimming is recommended during high tide only. Due to oyster beds, swim booties are needed if entering the water.
HUNTING ISLAND STATE PARK: Explore nearby (10 minute drive) Hunting Island State Park with park pass included with your stay.
SEA TURTLES: Wildlife protection is important to our community. Due to the high sea turtle population that nests on our beach, please only leave footprints on the beach.
Beach Guidelines:
- Sea turtles dig in the dark
- Please fill all holes you dig in the sand
- Do not disturb sea turtles, turtle nests, dunes, sea oats
- Pick up all beach gear
- Knock down all sandcastles
- Pick up all trash
- Do not use flashlights
- Turn off outdoor lights at night
- No fireworks
- No open fires on the beach
